APMA elects new directors

The Australian Packaging Machinery Association recently elected two new directors at its Annual General Meeting.

Derek Ford of ABB Australia and Gerard Pearson of Nordson Australia were elected following the retirement of Andrew Davenport and Lindsay Robinson.

Ford is the packaging systems manager for ABB Australia’s robotics division located in Melbourne and is also the Australian consumer industry segment manager for ABB’s global robotics organisation.

Pearson is the northern region manager for Nordson Australia and has 20 years experience in sales and service in the manufacturing and production environment.
