CHEP Australia has upgraded its Portfolio+Plus customer portal allowing customers greater control of equipment travelling through the supply chain.
The free online customer service system enable real-time access to stock movements, invoices, ordering and simplified administration. It also allows for improved ordering, including the ability to specify an alternative delivery address and give special instructions and has the capacity to carry out bulk entries online at one time.
According to CHEP, the live system allows customers to create, reverse and correct transactions.
The company said its aim to upgrade is to streamline processes and simplify transactions while improving record accuracy
