Fallsdell Machinery is launching some new and exciting initiatives at the upcoming Anuga Foodtec 2009 Exhibition in Cologne starting on the 10th of October.

The 1-lane bucket filling machine type FLEXLINER XL will certainly be of special interest to milk-processing companies.

This extremely flexible machine is suitable for accurate filling of buckets from 1 kg to 20 kg, then sealing them with reel-fed film and finally fitting snap-on overlids.

Depending on the format set assembled a packaging changeover can be carried out simply by pressing the corresponding button on the operator panel, or by exchanging format parts without tools, inside 10 minutes.

The bucket line FLEXLINER XL is equipped with a laminar flow cabin, and the CIP-cleanable filling station has an in-line check-weighing unit so excellent weight accuracies can be achieved.

The buckets are sealed with reel-fed film in one of a pair of cutting/sealing stations Two of these stations are provided to speed up changeover time — it removes the need to wait for cooling and heating times as you simply pre-change the spare station whilst the machine is still in production.

A leak test station monitors sealing quality, with leaky or underweight buckets then being unloaded automatically.

In addition to this bucket line, GRUNWALD will also show a 2-lane rotary machine, ROTARY 6.000, in combination with a mobile dosing machine MOBIFILL.

All of our ROTARY models offer superb flexibility for handling different container sizes, high filling speeds and many optional operating stations within a minimal working envelope.

Flexibility and functionality along with very short product changeover times are the special features of the MOBIFILL dosing machine.

The MOBIFILL can be quickly disconnected from the rotary machine and wheeled away for cleaning off-line. It is suitable for all pump-able products, with dosing ranges from 20 — 1,900ml, and is also available in a CIP-cleanable version.

All product-specific adjustment values of the MOBIFILL are stored in the servo control of the GRUNWALD ROTARY cup filling machine.

When using two MOBIFILL dosing machines a product changeover is possible inside 3-5 minutes.

Another newly developed product is the dosing machine SEMIDOS BA.

This compact mobile dosing unit is designed for connection to various filling machines and is suitable for dosing most liquid and pasty products.

A 3-lane HITTPAC AKH-059 will be exhibited for filling dairy products. This is a very compact and flexible rotary machine which can handle many different container sizes and is equipped with a laminar cabin.

It also features open spaces for incorporating cup and lid sterilisation using either UV light or steam and hydrogen peroxide.

With a maximum operating speed of 42 cycles/min. production speeds of up to 7,200 cups/h can be achieved. A 2-lane compact rotary cup filling machine HITTPAC AKH-019SE for filling dips and sauces completes the variety of exhibition machines.

This robust machine is suitable for many different applications. It requires a minimum of space and offers enormous flexibility with regard to handling different container sizes on the basis of an extremely interesting price/performance ratio.
