Less than 3 weeks to go to AUSPACK

With less than three weeks to go until the largest biennial packaging and processing machinery, materials and associated technology exhibition, don’t forget to register your attendance.

An unprecidented number of AUSPACK exhibitors are announcing the launch of new products during the 2009 show which opens its doors 16-19 June at Sydney Olympic Park.

This exhibition is a must-attend on the calendar for June.

Esko Australia, Fallsdell Machinery, FlexLink Systems, Harry Daines, Heat and Control, Hilton Industrial Vacuums, Hilutec Australia and insignia are just some of the companies who will be showcasing new products during AUSPACK 2009.

Esko Australia provides the Food, Beverage and Chemical Industries a broad range of high quality processing & packaging equipment.

At AUSPACK 2009 Esko Australia will be exhibiting the SHAKA sterilisation & pasteurisation food processing pilot equipment from Steriflow.

Key advantages will be to enhance flavours, textures of various food products in cans, glass jars, pouches & other semi rigid retortable containers.

On stand 166 the company will also showcase a very smart & innovative mobile palletiser, the ‘Kompact-Genius’ from Mectra S.p.A that now meets many customers needs for a palletiser that can be relocatable by simple means with a forklift.

At AUSPACK 2009, Fallsdell Machinery will be showcasing quality equipment from their entire range including Flexicon Peristaltic Filling/Capping Machines and I.Holland Tablet Tooling.

Fallsdell will also be launching the newest agency in their range, the MAR Group out of Italy, who manufacture a range of high quality equipment for Aseptic Micro Dosing Powders, Filling and Capping.

Fallsdell also manufacture a range of their own equipment including: Powder Ribbon Blenders, Inline and Batch Type Emulsifiers, Emulsifying systems, Stainless Steel Tanks, Stainless Steel Ware and Liquid Mixers.

FlexLink Systems will be exhibiting the new X85 conveyor platform including hardware, software, line control and pallet systems on stand 114.

This will be showcased via a combination of two operating conveyor systems, audiovisual presentations and static displays.

The new X85 platform is designed to provide customers will higher levels of reliability, reduced noise levels, higher speed options, smoother operation along with more rigid and robust designs.

FlexLink will also display the Automatic Guide Systems (AGS) which is designed to adjust conveyor guide rails from a single control location to make product changeover quick and accurate.

Harry Daines brings leading machine suppliers together to provide a convenient, complete solution, ensuring continuity of supply & removing the stress of dealing with multiple suppliers.

At stand 446 Harry Daines will display machinery from 3M Australia, Integrated Packaging, Matthews Australasia, Safetech and Cycklop Secura.

A key product on their stand will be 3M’s stretch palletising tape and they will demonstrate the ease of use with the Safetech patented stretch tape pallet wrapper and show how this product can save your company money and reducing your company’s environmental footprint.

Heat and Control specialise in the design, manufacture, installation and support of food processing and packaging systems.

Machinery includes patented equipment and processes that provide almost everything needed for cooking, conveying, weighing and packaging foods to individual customer specifications and requirements.

Technology on show at AUSPACK 2009 will come from some of the world’s best known brands including Fastback, Ishida, Ceia and Urschel.

Products that will be displayed on stand 120 will include check weighers, weigh price labellers, weigh wrappers, bag makers, X-Ray systems, metal detectors, computer scales, proportional distribution systems and food processing equipment.

Come see the best of breed cyclonic vacuums that incorporate the latest in Hilton's unique Air Filter Path technology on stand 323.

Hilutec Australia in conjunction with Hilutec GmbH will be showcasing a FP 190 from their latest line of State of the Art Thermoforming machines on stand 163 during AUSPACK 2009.

The FP 190, like all Hilutec thermoforming machines, is manufactured in Germany. The machine complies with the highest quality and hygiene standards and is easy to operate via touchscreen and easy menu guidance. The frames are made of 5 mm thick stainless-steel for high stability and long life and the FP190 is 190 mm deep draw (by use of softfilm only).

Siemens electronics, Festo Pneumatics, Busch Vacuum Pumps are also a part of the FP 190.

Coding marking and Labelling leader insignia will launch NEW partnership and new products at AUSPACK. The company has recently announed that it is the newly appointed national distributor for Domino Australia at stand 238. insignia will be showcasing the new range of Domino products during AUSPACK 2009.

One such product will be the new Domino A-Series plus Duo which will be launched during the four day exhibition.

The Domino A-Series plus Duo is a high speed, high volume Continuous Ink Jet (CIJ) printer that directly answers industry needs for improved print performance and efficiency-enhancing benefits.

With its twin jet, single head, the A-Series plus Duo is capable of printing double the amount of lines at the same speed.

Utilising Domino's innovative dual nozzle printing system that uses two streams of ink with each ink stream deflected independently, you can now print multiple lines of code to match your traceability requirements without production line complexity or speed reduction.

In addition to its connectivity and flexibility, the Domino A-Series plus Duo Continuous Ink Jet printer doubles the print speed of a conventional single jet printer and prints up to 8 lines of print.

Twin jet printheads allow for very high speed multiple line printing, simplifying the design and layout of high speed production lines.

The organisers will deliver you from the AIRPORT (both International & Domestic terminals) to AUSPACK 2009 and then return you back to the AIRPORT.
