Packserv has just taken delivery of its new Refrigerated Cool Room/Production Facility which is now available for short runs and test work.
The cool room can be hired out at daily or weekly rates and can be fully equipped with packaging equipment from our rental fleet.
Whether you require filling, capping, labelling, coding, printing, sealing or just one or a few of these processes the cool room will be set up for your specific needs by our technical staff.
Housed on site at the new Packserv premises this production facility comes with a service offering unlike any other, equipment, technical support and engineering capabilities in one handy location.
Our premises are secure and professionally fitted out with all amenities so your packaging is in a safe environment, we only offer this facility to one client at any given time to eliminate anti-competitive elements.
Due to advanced bookings it is essential that you book your required production dates in advance to make sure the facility and/or equipment is available at your convenience.
When you make your booking please confirm with your suppliers that your product, containers, labels or any other material(s) essential to your production will be supplied to you so that you do not lose valuable production facility hire time.
This cool room/production facility is ideal for; testing: containers, closures, labels & printing, suitability of machinery, time trials, training, set-up & space requirements as well as; production runs less than 10,000 units p/d or 50,000 units p/w.
