Rental businesses Packserv, a hire and packaging solutions company specialising in filling, printing, labelling, capping and air compressing equipment was recently launched by Nathan Wardell to serve companies' packaging needs.

The business differs from existing rental companies with its focus on tailoring services to individual clients, providing unique, value added services to the packaging industry.

Aiming to redefine the experience and common perceptions attached to renting machinery, Wardell developed a service that not only focuses on rent, but on providing services traditionally associated with buying machinery including:

  • training machine operators,
  • consulting on tender responses and proposals,
  • assessing design and layout of production facilities,
  • evaluating line item or station capabilities in terms of efficiency and output, and
  • customising parts and accessories.

“We want to ensure that our clients don’t get held up with issues such as machines breaking down, slow delivery, [or] troubleshooting relating to production output or repair of machines,” Wardell said.

According to the company, the services provided are made transparent to clients and a money back guarantee is offered if clients are dissatisfied with the service.
