Two new offices for Heidelberg

Printing company Heidelberg have been busy establishing new offices in Australasia and Hong Kong.

Heidelberg Australia/New Zealand officially opened its new Australasian headquarters and Print Media Academy in December.

Victorian Premier John Brumby attended the opening event and cut the ribbon declaring the building officially open.

Mr. Brumby thanked Heidelberg for investing in Victoria and recognised the print media industry as one which typifies success in Victoria, which unlike other Australian states does not have a wealth of natural mineral resources. Its growth comes from production and technology.

The new building was designed with consideration for the environment and has included devices such as hot water timers, sensor controlled lighting, extra insulation, solar glazing and window louvers.

Heidelberg recently opened a new office in Hong Kong offering a closer and faster link between Heidelberg’s Australian and New Zealand (HAN’s) customers, and those service parts not stocked locally.
