GERHARDT International has introduced the Texture Flexi die that embosses high quality textures on packaging labels at a low cost.
According to the rotary converting tooling supplier, the Texture Flexi’s reduces the set-up time of the label printing machines.
Gerhardt International claims it is an the alternative to the traditional embossing method of using solid dies, which is a more costly and less flexible solution. The Texture Flexi reduces tooling costs by up to 80 percent.
The Texture Flexi uses chemical milling processes to create the thinnest lines and smallest patterns and details, which can be embossed on packaging labels.
Gerhardt International is available in Australia through its distributor, Jet Technologies.
