Total Close System
We will have working displays of the latest and newest technology from Europe, in particular the ‘Total Close’ system.
This machine will wrap your product in bubble wrap and then horizontally wrap the pack to form one tight uniformed package, wrap, stabilise, unitise and protect. All in one pass.
Typically this process is 10 times faster than manual wrapping.
Also referred to as tunnel or spiral wrapping, orbital wrapping applies stretch film to the product as it passes through the centre of the wrapping loop.
This delivers a spiral effect of film application, effectively applying a protective membrane and strapping/ banding effect in one pass.
Exclusive to OWS and through our distributor alliance, we can supply up to 4 colour printed ‘Jupiter’ © orbital stretch film with full custom print including logos.
