Represented in Australia by Perfect Packaging, Leepack has released the RT-10T-12VFM, a rotary vacuum fill-seal machine.
This model is designed for handling pre-made pouches.
The machine operates by picking up empty pouches stored in the magazine and transferring it to the grippers.
Grippers then open the pouch, fill it with product and transfer it into the chamber. Finally, the pouch is vacuumied.
The machine then seals and cools the top seal, discharging the filled and vacuumed pouch.
The RT-10T-12VFM has carousels divided into 10 filling stations and 12 clam shell vacuum chambers.
A state of the art micro computer display or touch screen, ensures the machine is easily operated and maintained.
The RT-10T-12VFM rotates intermittently to fill the product easily and the vacuum machine rotates continuously to enable the machine to run smoothly and efficiently, meaning high performance and durability.
All grippers at the filling station can be adjusted easily by a motor using a touch screen if desired, however grippers in the vacuum chambers rarely require ajustmenrt.
With a stainless steel construction for high durability and easy wash down, all filling zones and vacuum chambers are water washable.
