Tecnopack (distributed in Australia by Perfect Packaging) has introduced the FP095 flow wrapper.
The FP095 is a full servo horizontal pillow-pack wrapper that produces pillow-pack style packs from a flat reel of heat sealable wrapping material.
Constructed with heavy duty steel, the FP095 features a full colour touch interface that can recall up 100 products. The machine automatically adjusts the bag length, print registration position of the crimper’s position, the dwell and the wrapping speed. It also adjusts the sealing temperature of the centre seal rollers and the end seal.
According to Perfect Packaging, the machine can operate up to 120 cycles per minute but is also available in twin, triple and quad jaws.
